IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION: We package your treats usingĀ woolcool theramal insulated packaging.Ā Your treats will soften during travel and we strongly recommend that you place in freezer on arrival (even before opening the box!!). If you are not going to be home when treats are delivered we strongly recommend you leave a chiller bag out with a note to the courier. We unfortunately are not in control of the courier service and once it leaves us we cannot take responsibility if your treats do not arrive on the overnight service we pay for.
